Summary: This isn’t your typical leadership book. Mowry skillfully and creatively explains the challenges of leading in today’s world and the ways needed to lead successfully. Instead of talking points that emphasize bold vision and decisive action, the focus is on wisdom, collaboration, and innovation. Chapter 4 – The Way of Collaboration
