PASTORS, JOIN A DISCIPLE MAKING COHORT RIGHT WHERE YOU LIVE.
Local disciple making cohorts connect your practice to your place. 5/3 cohorts encourage participants to disciple right where you are. The local area becomes the ground into which you plant, cultivate, and reap. The result? Highly practical and context-sensitive disciple making practices that work.
Every 5/3 disciple making cohort is inherently tied to your locale. These cohorts connect like-minded lead pastors and dedicated church staff, leading to a network of committed disciple makers. What sets these cohorts apart is their alignment with others who share your geographic context, enabling collective growth, and cooperative application right where you live.
What Does Each Cohort Cover?
5/3 Cohorts cover four units over 18 months:
1. What is a Disciple? Am I a Disciple?
2. What is Disciple Making? How Do I Make a Disciple?
3. Building a Disciple Making Culture in the Church
4. Disciple Making Outside the Church
Who is Involved?
Every Five Three Cohort is made up of at least FIVE pastors (or church staff), at least THREE of whom are lead pastors. Every person is geographically local (within a 30 minute drive) or relationally local (already connected as a part of the same denominational network—still representing at least three churches).
